Why do you take a deposit?
It keeps the schedule fair. The $25 comes off your bill, moves with you if you reschedule a day ahead, and is refunded if you cancel 24+ hours ahead. It's only kept on a no-show or same-day cancel.
Will I know the price before you start?
Yes. Prices on this site are where most jobs start. If Eddie finds something else, you get a text with the price before any extra work, and nothing happens until you say OK.
